Alumina Toughened Zirconia (ATZ) Beads are specialized ceramic grinding media designed for a variety of milling and grinding applications. These beads are produced using a titration rolling molding process followed by medium-temperature sintering, resulting in dense and fine composite grains. Compared to zirconium silicate beads, ATZ beads offer over 30% higher compressive strength, while also minimizing wear. This combination allows for the efficient dispersion and grinding of materials in high-speed disc sand mills.
