Zirconia Ceramic Bearings Description

Zirconia ZrO2 Ceramic Bearings have a high-temperature tolerance of up to 400℃. As the temperature exceeds the ambient level, it is advisable to reduce the maximum speed, especially for unlubricated bearings. Bearings equipped with a PEEK cage maintain a temperature rating of up to 250℃, determined by the cage material's lower maximum temperature. In instances where the inner ring temperature is anticipated to surpass the outer ring temperature, opting for a looser radial play at high temperatures is recommended, minimizing the radial play of the bearing. Our ZrO2 bearings are supplied with a standard looser C3 radial play.
