Sintered Silicon Carbide Ring (SSiC) stands out as a lightweight product characterized by exceptional hardness and strength akin to a diamond. Constructed as a unit with components held together by a snap ring, this design facilitates easy on-site repairs. Boasting excellent corrosion resistance, a high coefficient of heat conductivity, self-lubricity, low density, and high hardness, the SSiC ring is a versatile solution. Its production involves processing fine particles of α-SiC and additives to create granulation powder, which is then pressed into blanks. By meticulously controlling the sintering temperature, α-SiC crystals undergo controlled growth in a vacuum sintering furnace at 2100℃, resulting in a high-purity and high-density silicon carbide material.
